Launching Londriku: Zero Users

I shipped it. Londriku is live. Zero users.

I built this because I own a laundry business myself. I know exactly what a laundromat owner deals with because I'm that guy trying to track missing socks, weight calculations, and delayed orders. It fixes maybe 90% of laundry management headaches.

It's live. Ready to change lives.

And my user count is zero.

The grand Indonesian tech anomaly

That made me realize something about how Indonesians use tech. Look at the average person here. They can edit viral TikTok videos without any training. They navigate Instagram algorithms like pros. They'll hunt down a 16-episode K-drama on Telegram through a maze of shady links and find it in full HD.

But ask that same person to use a banking app or adopt a tool that saves them hours of work every day?

Suddenly they're "gaptek." The "sorry, I'm bad with technology" line becomes the perfect excuse against efficiency. There's a wall between tech-for-fun and tech-for-work.

Over-engineering the simplicity

I knew this was coming, so I stripped Londriku down hard.

• Zero installation. No app store, no Play Store, no "storage full" warnings. Runs in any mobile browser.
• Zero password nonsense. No complex login to forget. Just a single Google Auth click.

I optimized this thing so hard that a toddler or a laundry worker holding a pile of wet sheets could use it. It's as lightweight as a web app gets.

And still, zero users.

The reality check

Turns out removing technical friction doesn't remove mental friction. Building the product was the easy part. The real work is convincing someone that tracking their business on a clean screen is better than writing it in a damp notebook with a chewed pen.

Code is solid. Database is empty. Time to close the IDE and figure out how to cross this gap.

I'm honestly considering disguising the login button as "Link Telegram Nonton Drakor EPS 17 (Sub Indo)" just to get my first user.
